Entry Level Project Manager

GMEA Electrical Services is looking for an entry level Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone early in their career who is looking to get into the construction and project management industry and grow with a company long term. *Must have a college degree to apply*

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, dependable, and comfortable working with deadlines and multiple priorities. Strong communication is very important in this role, as you will be working closely with office leadership, field teams, customers, and other project partners.

No previous construction experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and be coached by experienced leadership. You will have the opportunity to learn the construction industry from the ground up and develop the skills needed to grow into a full time Project Manager.

The ideal candidate is motivated, hardworking, detail oriented, coachable, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities. You should be comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning something new every day.

A degree in Construction Management, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but we are open to candidates with other educational backgrounds who have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn.

This position will require travel to project locations across the country, so the ability and willingness to travel is required.
