GMEA Electrical Services is looking to add a motivated and energetic Recruiter to our growing team. Recruiting experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person!

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people. This role plays a critical part in helping us keep electrical construction projects across the United States properly staffed and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit electricians, foremen, superintendents, and other construction professionals
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Assist with staffing needs for projects nationwide
• Maintain recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to understand hiring needs

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Construction or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
