GMEA Electrical Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and easygoing Personal Assistant to support the President. This role combines business and personal responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
Business Support
Manage calendar, scheduling, and appointments
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Handle emails and follow-ups
Assist with light administrative and project-related tasks
Run occasional business errands
Personal Support
Manage personal appointments and errands
Vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Coordinate home services, deliveries, and logistics
Help streamline day-to-day responsibilities
Qualifications
Preferably lives in or near downtown Austin
Clean driving record (required)
Reliable transportation
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and proactive
Tech-comfortable (email, calendar apps, basic documents)
Positive attitude and good interpersonal energy
Schedule & Compensation
Approximately 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule — not a rigid 9–5, but dependable availability is important
$22–$25 per hour
